Position Overview:

The CS Technical Sales Support Professional provides critical support to our domestic and international customers, internal and external sales team, and Customer Service Advocates.

We are seeking a motivated candidate with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team player to generate service contract proposals for Medium Voltage Drive Service offerings.

If you are the successful candidate, you will report to the New Kensington PA Aftermarket Sales Support Manager and will be a vital part of supporting the Innomotics Medium Voltage Drives Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares Service Contract Proposals for Customer Service Portfolio Products including Technical Service Agreements (TSA), Preventive Maintenance Services, Blanket Purchase Orders, Etc.
  • Work with Digitization group on proposals for Digitalization offerings, including SIDRIVE IQ
  • Support Internal and External Sales Team with Proposal related requests
  • Support Customer Service Advocate Team with Service Order related requests
  • Review Purchase Orders / Service Contracts and provide support to the order controlling team
  • Maintain Tracking Tool of open Service Contracts
  • Support Business Development team on new customer offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualified experience
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of professional personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • 2+ years of sales / proposal development
  • 2+ years electrical engineering background experience
  • SAP experience
  • SharePoint, Sales Force, Office 360, Team Center Experience

The pay range for this position is $52,200 - $89,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
